Many women come to Whole Wellness when they are doing everything right for their health but still do not feel like themselves.

A female-focused, whole-body approach to energy, hormone health, metabolism, and nervous system resilience.

You exercise. You eat pretty well. You take care of your body. But your body feels off…

You’re already reading ingredient labels, prioritizing whole foods, exercising regularly, and carefully choosing what goes into your body. You're doing everything you know to do and the labs keep coming back normal, too.

But something still feels off and you can’t figure it out.

Anxiety started to appear out of nowhere. Hormonal changes you can't seem to get ahead of. Your brain won’t shut off at night. Stubborn weight, digestive issues, or exhaustion that doesn't make sense for how healthy you live.

You might even be working with a functional medicine provider, taking medication for anxiety, using HRT, or incorporating GLP-1 medications into your health journey—and still feel like you're missing a piece of the puzzle.

Here's what many women don't realize: doing all the healthy things doesn't necessarily mean you're doing what your body needs right now. Taking care of your body and understanding what your body actually needs are two very different things.

Your nutrition, hormones, nervous system, metabolism, and daily stress patterns don't operate independently. They're constantly influencing one another.

And as you move through different hormonal stages of life, your needs for fueling, movement, recovery, and stress support changes significantly.

That's why we take a hormone-focused, whole-body approach.

We look beyond individual symptoms to understand how you're fueling your body, supporting your hormones, moving, recovering, and responding to the demands of everyday life.

Because you don't need another supplement, stricter diet, or harder workout.

You need to know where to focus your efforts next.

You are in the right place if…

You're doing all the right things, but something still feels off. You eat well, stay active, and take care of yourself, yet your energy, hormones, mood, or weight aren't responding the way they used to.

You're noticing changes you can't quite explain. Maybe it's newfound anxiety, disrupted sleep, stubborn weight, digestive issues, or hormonal symptoms that seem to have appeared out of nowhere.

You're navigating a new hormone season. Whether it's postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, or another hormonal transition, you recognize that the strategies that worked before may not be what your body needs today.

You're already investing in your health but want a more complete approach. Whether you're working with a functional medicine provider, using HRT or GLP-1 medication, or exploring other treatments, you want female-specific nutrition, strength training, and nervous system support that complements your care.

You're ready to stop doing more and start doing what actually supports you. You want to understand your body, build a routine that works, and feel strong, energized, confident, and capable of enjoying the life you've worked so hard to create.

Three Phases. One Whole-Body Approach.

Your body doesn't operate in isolated parts, and your wellness strategy shouldn't either. At Whole Wellness, we bring together three essential phases, in the right order so that your body can start responding and stop pushing back.

01

Stabilize

We begin by establishing your food physiology and nervous system foundations so your body is better supported for the changes ahead. Through gut focused nutrition, female fasting strategies, and foundational stress awareness, we work toward better moods, fewer cravings, less bloating, more regular digestion, and steadier daily energy. We want to prime your body for the deeper nervous system work. And you'll no longer have to guess how much, when, or what to eat.

02

Recalibrate

We build on your nutritional foundations to support more consistent energy, better sleep, fewer hormone-related symptoms, and improved recovery. Through female-focused hormone nutrition and cortisol management, we work toward fewer energy crashes, improved stress tolerance, less anxiety, and greater workout capacity. You'll also learn to identify your fight-or flight patterns, challenge the beliefs driving them with biblical truth, and practice healthier responses so you can manage daily demands without constantly feeling overwhelmed.

03

Optimize

We start to adjust your nutrition and nervous system foundations to support metabolic health, body composition, strength, and long-term results. Through personalized macros and female-focused fueling, we align your nutrition with your current exercise routine and fitness goals. You'll learn that metabolic optimization goes beyond workouts—it's how your nutrition, hydration, sleep, recovery, and mental well-being work together to support your results. We also strengthen healthier beliefs, boundaries, and stress responses so your progress becomes a sustainable way of living.

Together, these three phases form the foundation of our proprietary 360° Whole-Body Method, helping us look beyond individual symptoms to understand how your food physiology, hormones, nervous system, and physical health work together.

This is how we move beyond temporary fixes and create personalized strategies for meaningful, sustainable whole-body transformation.

Hi! I’m Courtney!

I'm a Functional Nutritionist, Nervous System Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Life Coach specializing in female-focused, whole-body wellness.

My passion for this work began with my own health journey through anxiety, depression, pre-diabetes, PCOS, and severe exhaustion. Each season taught me that addressing one piece of the body wasn't always enough.

Over the last decade, I've reviewed more than 500 functional health tests, worked with women through complex health challenges, and seen the same pattern again and again.

Women were doing everything they thought was right—eating less, cutting carbs, exercising harder, fasting longer—yet their bodies weren't responding.

The problem wasn't always their effort. It was that the strategies they were following didn't match what their bodies actually needed.

That's what led me to develop my 360° Whole-Body Method, bringing together female-focused food physiology, hormone support, metabolic fitness, and nervous system regulation.

But my work has evolved even deeper. I've come to recognize how chronic stress, learned behaviors, and the pressure to constantly achieve can influence the way women care for themselves and experience their health.

Today, I combine my professional expertise with faith-centered coaching to help women restore their physical foundations, recognize the patterns keeping them stuck, and create a healthier way of living.

Because true wellness isn't just about feeling better in your body. It's about becoming strong, confident, and capable of living the life God created you for.

Underfueling despite eating healthy

Choosing nutritious foods but not consistently getting enough protein, carbohydrates, or total energy to support hormones, workouts, and daily demands.

Exercise that's no longer matching the body's needs

Following the same intense workouts or cardio routines without adjusting fueling, strength training, and recovery for changing hormonal seasons.

Blood sugar and digestive challenges

Inconsistent meal timing, digestive discomfort, and nutritional habits that may contribute to energy fluctuations, cravings, or bloating.

High-functioning stress patterns

Being the dependable one, overcommitting, constantly achieving, and struggling to rest—even when the body is showing signs of fatigue.

Hormonal transitions without the right adjustments

Continuing with the same routines through postpartum changes, perimenopause, or menopause, despite evolving nutritional and recovery needs.

Courtney does not prescribe, recommend, or adjust HRT or GLP-1 medications. Her role is to help strengthen the nutrition, movement, nervous-system, and lifestyle foundations around your provider-guided plan.
