    There’s nothing you need to prepare or complete — this is simply an opportunity to get familiar with the process ahead of time.

  • Arrive for your session and experience a personalized 20-minute Neuro-Chair reset, guided by a brief nervous system assessment and tailored to what your body needs that day.

    There’s nothing you need to do or focus on — simply relax while the chair supports your nervous system in downshifting, restoring balance, and reducing stress.

    Many clients leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded after their first session.

  • If the Neuro-Chair feels supportive for your body, you can move into membership and book out your sessions in advance.

    This allows nervous system work to become consistent — which is key for hormone regulation, stress resilience, and long-term results.

    You’ll choose session times that fit your schedule, making support easy to maintain even during busy seasons.
